#Barbenheimer Continues Skating Along the Top of Our Ranker Despite Two New Premieres | Weekend of July 28th, 2023

Barbenheimer continues to skate!

The weekend of July 28th saw the continued dominance of Barbie and Oppenheimer. It’s wonderful to see both films each continuing to hold nearly 60% at the box office from the previous Tuesday.

Two movies premiered, Haunted Mansion and Talk to Me, both did well all things considered. Haunted Mansion, a movie based on a Disney park theme ride, held down our number three spot with 11% of all ticket sales.

Talk to Me, a low-budget indie horror picture, was a success in dollars made to dollars spent and claimed our fifth top spot, besting Mission: Impossible 7!

Who will knock Barbenheimer off their bombshell tower? Only time will tell.
