Deadpool Stays Atop the Box Office | Weekend of August 30th, 2024
The Labor Day weekend saw Deadpool & Wolverine staying on top, still earning over $15.4M while being in its sixth weekend of release.
Alien: Romulus continued to perform at our number two spot, claiming 11% of all ticket sales and earning just shy of $10M.
The box office and admissions spread was more even than past weeks with a variety of film genres drawing crowds to theaters. From political dramas to horror films to superhero blockbusters to kids movies, there's something for everyone out right now!
Premieres:
Two premieres, Reagan and AfrAId, landed in our top 10. Combined, they earned over $10M and claimed 14% of all ticket sales.
