Over the weekend of March 8th, the panda bear martial artist soared above and beyond expectations, earning $58M and claiming almost half of all ticket sales.

It was yet another instance of family-friendly titles driving folks to the theaters. We've seen it time and time again: family-friendly movies not only perform well, they often perform well for a sustained period of time. Migration is a perfect example of this type of longevity, considering it remained in our top 10 even in its twelfth weekend!

Dune: Part Two held strong in its second weekend, seeing a 47% ticket sale drop compared to its premiere weekend which is a solid show of resilience.

Imaginary, Blumhouse's latest original horror film, received mixed reviews but still earned almost $10M and sold 7% of all ticket sales. Even a horror film with less-than-positive reviews can drive folks to the theater and be profitable.

There's always an appetite for family-friendly and horror films!

How long will Dune: Part Two and Kung Fu Panda 4 stay in our top two? The latest Ghostbusters is coming down the pike in a couple of weeks, how many tickets will it sell?
